The Milies and Skopelos areas surrounding Toumba offer an abundance of trails for hiking or mountain biking. Manmade and natural paths are spread throughout the entire area, connecting the various settlements with each other and with the olive groves.

The trails wind and guide us through the beautiful pine forest, through old villages and churches. Along the way we see natural springs and the traditional stone walls and damia which have been used for centuries in agriculture.
There are cypresses near the churches, hollies on the trail sides. In the ravines, the vegetation is rich with fruit trees, poplars and other indigenous plants. One can see, smell, feel and taste the fruits of this cooperation between humans and their natural environment.
